White-glove migration to Zubs
Every move to Zubs is done by our team, and free. We set up Zubs based on your current setup in Recharge or another Shopify subscription app, then move your subscribers across. Billing continues on the schedule they already have.
01How it works
How migration to Zubs works
You book a call, give us access to your store and your current app, and agree the switch date. Our team installs Zubs and does the rest.
Kickoff call
We go through your current subscription setup with you: plans, prices, discounts, the customer portal, emails and the tools connected to it.
Setup in Zubs
Our team rebuilds that setup in Zubs, from subscription plans and pricing to portal actions, notifications and integrations, so it matches your program before anything moves.
Test run
We run the migration as a test first and go through the result with you. You agree the date of the switch.
Switchover
Your subscribers move to Zubs, and we end the old subscriptions in Recharge or agree with you how they end in your previous app. Your customers get no confusing emails about the move, and we check your connected tools with you.
After launch
We stay close after the switch, keep an eye on your setup and resolve anything quickly.
02What gets migrated
What moves with your subscribers
Your subscribers keep what they signed up for, and nobody has to start over.
Plans, prices & discounts
Products and delivery frequencies carry over as your subscribers have them today. From Recharge, your prices and most discounts come along too; we go through your setup with you before the switch.
Saved payment methods
Payment methods already saved in Shopify are reused, so nobody has to re-enter card details.
Next billing dates & order counts
The next order bills on the date it was already due. From Recharge, each subscriber’s order count comes along too.
Prepaid subscriptions
Prepaid subscriptions can stay prepaid, or become regular subscriptions. You choose.
Paused & cancelled subscriptions
We migrate active subscriptions, and on request paused or cancelled ones too.
A quiet switch
Your customers don’t get emails about the move that would confuse them.

Prepaid plans and cancellations
Prepaid plans can stay prepaid, and your cancellation flow becomes a retention offer for each cancellation reason.
