THE CHANGE is a Swiss premium-supplement brand selling across the EU under tight regulatory scrutiny — different language storefronts, different market norms, different currencies, but one product catalogue and one operations team. Subscription tools that treat each market as a separate program would have multiplied the operational load by every country added.

Solution
Zubs runs THE CHANGE's subscription program as a single coherent layer on top of their multi-locale Shopify setup. Several localised storefront experiences, multi-currency price handling, and one source of truth for sub state and lifecycle — no parallel programs to keep in sync, no per-market workarounds. The merchant team adds a country and the subscription program follows it.
